Terms of Service

These terms explain how AI Project Room is accessed, used, billed, and supported. They apply to the current access-controlled service and may be updated as the product, billing model, or support process changes.

Company identity: RISI AI LABS INC. operates AI Project Room, an AI project workroom for coordinating tasks, reviews, insights, and automation.
These Terms are between you and RISI AI LABS INC.
Access and eligibility
Access is account-based, personal, revocable, and provided for evaluation. Keep credentials confidential and tell the operator right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful projects and only with data, systems, and content you are authorized to use. Do not probe, disrupt, bypass limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use outputs to violate law or rights.
Your content
You keep your rights in the content you provide. You authorize the service and configured providers to process it only as needed to operate requested features, secure the service, and provide support. Do not submit secrets or regulated data unless the operator has explicitly approved that use.
AI output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review work before relying on it. You remain responsible for decisions, reviews, deployments, publications, purchases, and use of project results.
Service changes
Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product evolves. The service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. RISI AI LABS INC. may suspend access to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.
Fees and billing
AI Project Room is offered on recurring monthly subscriptions unless the checkout page says otherwise.
Current plan pricing is Pro at CAD $19 per month and Business at CAD $199 per month, plus GST/HST/PST as applicable based on billing location.
Billing is in Canadian dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the billing address and the configured tax flow. Charges begin only after checkout is accepted and payment is successfully authorized. Unless the checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
No charge is created unless a clear checkout and price are presented and accepted.
Trial access
If a paid trial is offered, it will be clearly labeled at checkout, state its length and price before purchase, and disclose whether it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial. Email sign-in and recovery-code access for testing or evaluation are separate from paid subscription terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of British Columbia will have jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.

During the access-controlled launch period, support is provided on a best-effort basis during normal business days, with a target response time of 2 business days for non-urgent requests.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
