Company identity: RISI AI LABS INC. operates AI Project Room, an AI project workroom for founders and teams coordinating tasks, approvals, reports, memory, and workflows.

Information we collect

AI Project Room may process account details, recovery-code access details, request-access form details, project content, uploaded files, task and approval records, workspace settings, workspace state, provider connection details, project memory and checkpoint records, agent requests and responses, support requests, security logs, usage data, and plan or payment records when those features are enabled.

How we use it

We use personal information to provide and secure the workspace, run requested AI workflows, maintain project history, respond to support, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or operational obligations.

We do not sell personal information or share it for unrelated advertising or marketing. We disclose it only to service providers that help operate the service, or when required by law.

Who can process it

Content sent to an AI workflow may be transferred to the server-side provider configured by the operator. Hosting, database, email, monitoring, and payment providers may process only the minimum information needed for their role. The service may use approved subprocessors to operate those systems.

Security

The service uses access controls, email sign-in, recovery codes, HTTP-only sessions, server-side secrets, encrypted transport in production, ownership isolation, rate limits, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Data is stored only as long as needed to operate, secure, and support the service, subject to backups and legal obligations. That may include browser session data, invite records, project settings, workspace state, provider connection data, and project memory records. Final retention periods and a verified deletion/export process will be published before broader public availability.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the authenticated support form. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.
